2. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and make the required deposit or payment.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment must be made in order to confirm your booking. All payments should be made using the payment methods provided on our website. Terra Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the specified due date.
The final payment for your tour is due at least 30 days before the scheduled departure. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Terra Travels in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the tour: 20% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour: 100% of the total tour price (no refund).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account. Terra Travels is not responsible for any third-party cancellation policies or charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, or other vendors.
5. Tour Modifications
Terra Travels strives to offer flexibility to travelers, but we reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services based on unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, transport issues, or safety concerns. We will notify you of any significant changes and offer alternatives if necessary.
6. Responsibilities of Travelers
As a traveler, you are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including names, contact details, and any specific requirements. You must ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable), and are responsible for complying with all travel regulations.
You must also respect local customs, laws, and regulations during your trip, and adhere to any guidelines provided by Terra Travels or its representatives. Any damages or losses caused by your behavior may result in additional charges or termination of services.
7. Liability and Insurance
While Terra Travels takes great care in organizing and managing your tour, we are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, accident, or delay occurring during your trip, except as required by law. We recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
